As a group, the Cuttin' Crew is widely considered the top recording session band in the midwest. Widely known for their unique sound, the crew puts their stamp on eveything they record.
The idea came from other famous session groups. In the Seventies, groups like the Muscle Schoals studio band became a great alternative to recording in the Meccas of New York, Los Angeles and Nashville. Like this group, the Cuttin' Crew has become a favorite of many artists in multiple genres of music.
The Cuttin' Crew have recorded as a group for such widely known artists as Glen Campbell,Mickey Gilley,Blessid Union of Souls, Tony Orlando, Bobby Vee, Moe Bandy, Atlantic Starr, Jonathan Edwards, Tammy Sue Bakker, and many many more. New artists such as Todd Fritsch, Megan Munroe, Leland Martin, Doug Spartz, Liz Talley, Tammy Taylor and Emerging star Jackson Cozort are just a few of the thousands of artists who have recorded with this talented Quintet.
